1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bdj77 website and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and close your account.

bdj77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bdj77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any criterion is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bdj77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. Verifying compliance with local law is your sole responsibility.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be subject to any court order restricting your ability to gamble.
• You may hold only one active bdj77 account at any time. Duplicate or linked accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• All information you provide at registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3. Account Registration & KYC

bdj77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide accurate registration details and to submit the following documentation upon request:

• A government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address issued within the preceding three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name — for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account showing your name.
• Any additional documentation requested by bdj77 to fulfil its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, including a selfie with identification document if required.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe of request will result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals. bdj77 reserves the right to close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdj77 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdj77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options. By depositing funds you confirm that they are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any criminal activity.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. This threshold may be changed by bdj77 at any time with or without notice.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bdj77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Where a bonus has been credited, all associated wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved.

bdj77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on any withdrawal request and to delay payment pending the outcome of those checks. Where a withdrawal is declined due to verification failure, bdj77 will notify the player and provide guidance on resolution.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdj77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used on the bdj77 Platform. They carry no cash value until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. Individual promotions may specify a different rollover rate, which will be stated clearly in their terms.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit unless otherwise specified. Any unused bonus balance remaining after expiry will be removed from the account without notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and may trigger an account review.
• bdj77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds where misuse, exploitation of a technical error, or bad-faith conduct is detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdj77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction or limit.
• Using any automated software, algorithm, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating the outcome of any game, bet, or event offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or processing funds derived from criminal activity of any kind.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or platform vulnerability to obtain credits, winnings, or any other benefit to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward bdj77 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel.

bdj77 may report any suspected criminal activity — including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft — to relevant law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the player concerned. Accounts suspended pending investigation will have all funds frozen until the investigation concludes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdj77 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, data compilations, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of bdj77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any Platform content without the prior written consent of bdj77. Unauthorised use may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property legislation.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension & Termination

bdj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable platform policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or ongoing use of the Platform.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bdj77.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
